Everything changes when your general contractor has an interest in the long-term financial success of your real-estate project. This is why we always offer to put 10% of our fee into the project as it ensures our interests are aligned. This shift in approach impacts every decision we make. The care we take in creating an estimate, the decisions made to stay on budget, the cleanliness and organization of the job site and the careful monitoring of material prices to find the optimal time to buy all enhance the short and long-term value of the properties we build on behalf of our client partners.
We pride ourselves on operating a construction company that is relationship-driven, fostering a team-based atmosphere. We strive to do this by paying close attention to pre-construction (in the areas of design constructibility, budget and schedule) and promoting sustainable construction practices. While the concepts of finishing projects on time and at or under budget are inherent in what we do, we also work hard at interacting with the design team, owners representative(s) and subcontractors/suppliers, so that the entire team is committed to the owners goals for the project.
