Mike Stiers

As Director of Construction, Mike Stiers brings over 25 years of comprehensive construction experience to Urban Conversions. Mr. Stiers has worked through the ranks from hands-on craftsman to senior construction management positions with several successful development firms in Philadelphia. Prior to joining Urban Conversions, he served as Director of Construction at Stamm Development Group and spent over a decade as Senior Construction Manager at US Construction Inc., where he oversaw the development of more than 800 luxury townhomes.

Mr. Stiers is responsible for overseeing all construction operations, including project management, quality control, and warranty services. His extensive background in custom home building and architectural woodworking brings valuable expertise to ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship across all projects. Mike’s commitment to excellence and strong communication skills enable successful project completions while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
