Nicholas Mitch
Vice President of Construction
Nicholas Mitch joined Urban Conversions in 2015 as the head of Under Construction, our construction division, and has over 15 years of construction experience. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Mitch owned his own construction company for over 10 years.
Mr. Mitch is responsible for managing construction services for the company, including estimating and scheduling, budget preparation, document distribution to potential subcontract bidders, and all essential field employees, as well as construction schedules, to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality available in the industry.
Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University and numerous certifications in construction and project management.
