Steven Belfiore

As Project Executive, Stephen Belfiore brings over 15 years of construction management expertise to Urban Conversions. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Belfiore served as Construction Manager at Streamline Solutions Philadelphia, where he managed multiple mixed-use and commercial projects from conception to completion. He also held a superintendent position at US Construction, where he was an integral part of Philadelphia Magazine’s 2016 Design Home project.

Mr. Belfiore oversees project execution and delivery, managing critical paths, production schedules, and quality control measures across all developments. His background in architecture and engineering provides valuable technical expertise to the planning and execution phases of each project. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Temple University and an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Science from Camden County College, along with multiple safety certifications including OSHA 30 and specialized excavation safety training.
