Andrew Zakroff
Vice President of Acquisitions and Development
As Vice President of Acquisitions & Development, Andrew identifies and executes all Urban Conversions acquisition opportunities. Andrew oversees all aspects of the development process, including underwriting, site feasibility and planning, securing entitlements, managing project and legal due diligence, debt sourcing, and development oversight during the construction and lease-up phases.
Andrew graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He is highly active in both the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Jewish Federation Real Estate. At ULI, he is a member of the Philadelphia Housing Product Council and the Young Leaders Group.
