Alon Barzilay has worked in every aspect of the Real Estate development industry for over 20 years. The result is a strong knowledge of every aspect of development, leasing, management, and generating investor returns.
In 2009, Alon created Urban Conversions with the vision to create a single source group of businesses that would locate, acquire, build, lease, manage, and sell properties. As Chief Visionary Officer (CVO), Alon is responsible for both the philosophy and direction of the company. He is deeply involved with site selection, acquisitions and property development.
Alon received a Bachelor of Science concentrating in Management and Organizational Behavior from the I.L.R. School at Cornell University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development and Housing from Harvard University. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization Global One Chapter (YPO) and the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).
