Adaptive reuse of a 5-story factory into multi-family loft apartments

Urban Conversions has recently completed an adaptive reuse project at 173 Berks Street. This 5-story historic industrial building has been reimagined into 30 modern loft apartments. The Paper Factory Lofts has been honored with the 2024 Grand Jury Award from the Preservation Alliance of Philadelphia.
