163 unit multifamily project featuring new construction, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation. The design masterfully integrates the historic facade of historic G.J. Littlewood & Son, Inc. factory into a contemporary building that plays homage to the factory’s and neighborhood’s industrial and textile past. Located on historic Main Street in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia.
