Adaptive reuse of historic warehouse into commercial loft creative spaces and retail

Adaptive reuse of a historic light-industrial property into mixed-use commercial office space. Built as the Durabilt Furniture Factory in the early 20th century, the property is located in the center of the heart of the commercial corridor of the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia. Urban Conversions identified the unmet demand for creative-class commercial space and undertook a significant renovation of the property, including the construction of a 4th floor overbuild.
