Renovation and repositioning of multifamily apartments

Renovation and reposition of the multifamily property adjacent to 4311 Spruce Street. After identifying that the B to B+ class segment of the University City rental market was undersupplied and the proof of concept next door, Urban Conversions acquired the adjacent 55-unit C class property. The property is in the process of an extensive renovation, which is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2020. The combined properties have been rebranded to The Standard at Spruce Hill and share a combined identity.
